The duration of our games and experiences all vary from 30 minutes to 75 minutes. Session times run from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. So for a 30-minute game, the session time will be 45 minutes. For a 45-minute game, the session time will be 60 minutes.
On average, our VR Escape Rooms are 45-minute games, 60-minute sessions.

Our 8 person, player-vs-player (PvP) VR Shooting Game is a 40-minute game, 55-minute session.
Our VR Arcade Games are either 30 or 60-minute sessions.
In addition to the game time, the session times include check-in, game briefing, putting the gear on and off and an opportunity to take some photos. Please note that as most of our sessions require bookings, especially during busy times, if you are late or one of your friends or team members causes delays, it may eat into your game time. Therefore, please ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your session time so that you have enough time to check in, use the bathroom if necessary and put your personal belongings in a locker so that you, your friends and team members get the most of your experience.
We have VR Escape Rooms that can take up to 6 players per game, or we can run 2 separate sessions of the same game in up to 3 different rooms at the same time, and in doing so can have 10 people playing the VR Escape Rooms at the same time.
We have VR Shooting Games that can take up to 4, 6 or 8 players depending on the game.
For the VR Arcade Games, they are generally single player games, but we can accommodate up to 12 people playing at the same time.
We have 5 different play areas, so we can have 24 people playing at the same time, but this is only with different games being played at the same time.
No, all our feature VR games and experiences, such as the VR Escape Rooms and the VR Shooting Games, will be exclusively for your group, and you will not need to share the room or the game with anyone else.
A Virtual Reality (VR) Escape Room is where you and your team members of 2-6 people are “locked” in a virtual room where you need to work together to find the clues, and/or solve the puzzles to escape the virtual room within a given time limit. It is completely safe and is a very fun and challenging experience. You are not actually locked in anywhere and are able to walk and move around freely in the designated game space.
Free Roam VR allows players to walk around inside a virtual world, just as you would in the real world. Older VR systems require users to be attached to a cable, be seated or stay in a fixed spot without the flexibility of being able to walk around. All of our VR Escape Room are multiplayer and wireless, so you just wear the VR headset and use its accessories, without having to be stuck to a cable.
No, you do need to have any experience with VR or video games. Our team will give you a briefing before you start the experience and they will be there the whole time if you need anything.
For the multiplayer VR Escape Rooms and VR Shooting Games, the minimum age starts from 10 years old. For our single player games, the minimum age is 6 years old. Players under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver form for them. Without a completed waiver form, anyone under 18 will not be able to participate in any games and experiences. These can be done digitally, so you can find it here if children will not be accompanied by an adult.
We do not have a minimum height requirement. All players should be capable of carrying the equipment. For our shooting games, players will need to wear a backpack that has a laptop in it which is around 7kgs, so players will need to be able to wear this for the duration of the game.
Yes, you can wear your glasses, most people do not have an issue wearing their glasses. However, as all glasses are different shapes and sizes, it is best not to wear your glasses so that they do not get damaged or damage the headset. We recommend that you wear contact lenses if you have them. For players without glasses or contact lenses, all of our headsets have individual adjustment lenses for each eye so that players can adjust the focus of the headsets, but this will not completely compensate for glasses or contact lenses if you need them.
If you are wearing spectacles, you can keep them, as long as they fit under the VR glasses. This is the case with most spectacle frames without drop shaped glasses. Alternatively, contact lenses are recommended. People with light visual impairment do not need their own glasses. High heels and pinned-up hairstyles are not recommended!
During your game or experience, you will be wearing either external headphones or headphones that are on the VR headset. If you have an in-ear hearing aid, this might be ok but if you have an external hearing aid, this may not fit under the headphones.
Whilst we try to accommodate everyone, free roam VR is not suitable for everyone.

No, VR is very safe. As long as you listen to instructions and obey the rules of participating in the game or experience, it is safe.
Some of the other technology and operators out there do not have the latest technology and/or equipment. The high latency or frame rate and/or poor or old technology systems is what causes dizziness or motion sickness. All of VR Kingdoms’ technology and equipment is the latest and of very high quality, which result in a zero to very low latency. Our equipment is also of the highest quality. Most of our VR escape rooms use the HTC Vive with wireless adaptors or the Oculus Quest (I & II). Our main VR Shooting Games use the HTC Vive Pro with Zotac Backpacks, haptic vests and a VR rifle styled gun. Our other shooting games use either the HTC Vive Pro with wireless adaptors or Oculus Quest (I & II), so the likelihood that motion sickness occurs is rather low. However, if you are sensitive to motive sickness, please be aware that there may be some discomfort. Our game master is always there to help you and answer any of your questions.
If you do not feel comfortable or want to stop the experience for whatever reason, you just need to tell your game master, and they will pull you out of the game.
Tickets for our VR experience can vary but generally they are $49 per person on weekdays (Tuesday to Thursday) and $59 per person on weekends (Friday to Sunday). Keep in mind that your body is still in the real world, despite what your brain is telling you, your feet will always be flat on the floor. A couple of the games can be challenging for people with a strong fear of heights, but are also amazingly rewarding when you complete the challenge and conquer your fear of heights.
A common trigger for motion sickness comes from bad performance or low frame rate, our games are premium games built by industry leaders internationally recognized game developers, so the likelihood that motion sickness occurs is rather low. However, if you are very susceptible to motion sickness, please be aware that there may be some discomfort depending on which game you play. Motion sickness usually happens because your brain thinks your body is moving when it isn’t so generally as long as you move around, you will be fine.
