From all of us at VR Kingdom, we hope that you and your families are keeping safe and well.
We understand that COVID-19 has impacted and affected all of us in different ways and we expect that many of you are looking forward to getting back to enjoying life, doing regular things and getting out about.
We have been working towards making our venue, equipment and environment safe and friendly to keep our customers and staff safe.
We have enhanced our already comprehensive and stringent cleaning, safety and hygiene protocols and have implemented the following hygiene and safety measures for sanitization and sterilisation.
We apologise for any delays or inconvenience as a result of these procedures.
With a warehouse sized venue and 370 sqm of space, and 5 different play areas, you will be able to have your game room exclusively for your group. We are not allowing any shared sessions so the only people that will be in the same room with you are people from your own group.
We are currently limiting the number of people playing the VR games and experiences in the venue, to 24 people at a time. The way the game rooms are set up, we can take 4 people in each room and for games that can take more than 4 players per game, they will use 2 rooms, while still not being shared with any other people.
Your group or team will not need to directly interact with any other group unless you both choose to.
We may also need to reduce the number of sessions so that we can have sufficient time to clean the equipment after each use so we appreciate your understanding while we work through this so that we can ensure that we are maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
As per government regulations, we need all patrons to check-in through the Service NSW App so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in doing this upon arrival.

We have disposable VR Headset Masks for those that would like an extra barrier of protection and would prefer not to put the headset on directly.
Guests will be permitted to wear face masks and gloves if they choose to. We have both face masks and gloves available to anyone that would like to use them.
We will also have these amenity kits available which will include a face mask, pair of gloves and a 50ml personal bottle of hand sanitiser.
